BEVERLY, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Basketball team could not extend the win streak to three as Endicott College defeated the Hawks 92-72 Wednesday evening.

How It Happened
Roger Williams took a brief 5-4 lead off of a three-pointer by Drew Hart (Cheshire, Conn.). Mac Annus (Belmont, Mass.) later put RWU up 12-10 on a jumper with 16:17 left in the first half. However, RWU's lead would be short-lived, as Endicott rolled off a 13-0 run over the next four minutes to go up by 11.
 
Eli Harris (Falmouth, Mass.) dropped a three-pointer to bring the Hawks within six (24-30), but eight unanswered points by the Gulls brought the lead up to 14 with 6:18 left in the opening half. Roger Williams made a late run to pull within seven going into halftime (41-48).
 
The Hawks' deficit grew early in the second half, as Endicott scored the first eight points of the period. The Gulls began the half on a 13-1 run built the lead to 19. From there, Endicott did not look back. RWU's struggles shooting from deep did not help, as RWU went 1-for-11 from three-point range in the half.
