ORLANDO, Fla. — The Roger Williams Women's Tennis team began its spring break trip to Florida with a split in the team's two matches, defeating Wisconsin-Superior 9-0 before falling 2-6 to St. Scholastica.
 
Hawk Highlights
Gracie McCarthy (Marion, Mass.) and Kate Hardy (Southington, Conn.) each collected two wins on the day for the Hawks. McCarthy rolled off a 6-0, 6-1 win at #5 singles over Lainey Zurn of Wisconsin-Superior while she and Hardy paired up for an 8-3 victory at #3 doubles against Maya Nibbe and Ava Warren of St. Scholastica. Hardy also logged a #3 doubles victory with Lily Creem (Manhasset, N.Y.) against Wisconsin-Superior, defeating Grace Nelson and Kallie Olson 8-1.
