BRISTOL, R.I – The Roger Williams men's basketball team dominated Coast Guard in their home opener on Wednesday night.
It was an offensive clinic by the Hawks in this one, as they put up 105 points in route to a 33-point victory, 105-72. The win avenges the Hawks loss last season at Coast Guard which saw them fall 76-84. It is also the second time in the last three years the Hawks have crossed the triple digit threshold against the Bears.
The Hawks shot 49% from the field and 48% from three-point range, knocking down 21 of 43 attempts. On the other side, Coast Guard shot just 21% from three, going 4-19. The Hawks turned the ball over just six times to CSU's 14.
Individually, Graduate Student
