Box Score DUDLEY, MASS. – The Roger Williams women's basketball team defeated Nichols College 83-58 on the road in their Conference of New England matchup. The win brings the women to 4-3 on the season and 2-0 in conference action.
 
The Hawks and Bison played each other just about even in a fast paced first half that saw the teams combine for 65 possessions. The Hawks led the Bison by two at the halftime break, 37-35. Out of the half it was all Roger Williams, as they outscored Nichols 27-12 in the frame. The fourth quarter was more of the same as the Hawks once again outscored the Bison, this time to the tune of 19-11, sealing their 25-point victory.
 
Individually, the Hawks were led by Junior Sophia Coppola (Madison, Conn.), who dropped in a game-high 26 points and tied for a game-high 12 rebounds. Sophomores Lilli Clark (Willimantic, Mass.) and Cloe Richardson (Nowell, Mass.) chipped in 17 and 12 points of their own, respectively. Senior captain Caroline Aaron (Wrentham, Mass.) hauled in a career-high 12 rebounds in the win for the Hawks. Abrianna Vasquez led the Bison with 25 points in the loss.
 
Following the win, the women will travel back home to take on Curry College on Tuesday, Dec. where they will look to extend their win streak heading in the winter break. After Christmas, they will travel to Smith College for the Smith Holiday Tournament.
