Box Score DUDLEY, Mass. – The Roger Williams University men's soccer team continued its dominant late-season form with a commanding 4–0 victory over Nichols College on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks improved to 12–1–4 overall and 7–1–1 in Conference of New England (CNE) play, maintaining their hold on a top spot in the conference standings.
Sophomore forward Tyler Jastrab (Townsend, Mass.) paced the offense with a two-goal performance, scoring both in the opening 11 minutes to set the tone early. His first strike came just over five minutes in, followed by a second goal in the 11th minute assisted by Max Patenaude (Pepperell, Mass.), giving RWU a 2–0 advantage before Nichols could settle in.
Junior Dylan Robbins (Johnston, R.I.) extended the lead in the 38th minute, finishing a pass from Aidan Jennings (San Diego, Calif.), who later added his second assist of the day on Shawn Middleton's (West Hartford, Conn.) goal in the 73rd minute to seal the 4–0 win.
Roger Williams outshot the Bison 19–14 and held a 12–6 edge in shots on goal, while limiting Nichols to zero corner kicks. The Hawks' defense remained sharp, anchored by goalkeeper Eliot Panaccione (Pepperell, Mass.), who recorded six saves.
Jennings led the team with two assists and one shot on goal, while Liam Blaisdell (Plymouth, Mass.) added three shots and Dylan Thomas (Norwalk, Conn.) chipped in two. RWU's offense remained balanced and relentless, producing goals from multiple players and controlling possession throughout both halves.
With the win, Roger Williams looks to carry that momentum into their regular-season finale on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 4:00 PM, at Bayside Field.
