NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) announced the student-athletes selected for the NEWBA Senior All-Star Classic, naming Roger Williams University's Sophia Coppola (Madison, Conn.) as a participant.

Coppola started all 26 games for the Hawks during the 2025-26 campaign, while shooting 35.9 percent from the floor. Coppola also knocked down 31.6 percent from beyond the arc, while averaging 13.7 points per game. With 17 assists on the year. Coppola was the Conference of New England (CNE) Defensive Player of the Year, recorded 57 blocks and 25 steals, and earned First Team All-CNE Honors.

The NEWBA Senior All Star Classic will take place at Smith College on Saturday, Mar. 28 at 4:00 pm. The event is open to spectators and will be streamed on the NEWMAC Sports Network.
