Jesus Garcia joined the Hawks in August 2024 as an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach.
Garcia comes to Roger Williams by way of Lasell University where he served as a team manager for the women's volleyball team and was a five-year player for the Lasers from 2020-2024.

A setter, Garcia appeared in 113 matches and 403 sets throughout his collegiate career, averaging 8.48 assists per set, 3,419 total, with 635 digs and 113 total blocks. Garcia also compiled 132 kills. During the 2023 season, Garcia had 906 total assists, setting his single-season best.

"I am excited to join the women's volleyball team here at Roger Williams," spoke Garcia. "After finishing my playing career, I've had a passion to get into coaching and help lead the next generation of volleyball student-athletes. I appreciate coach's (Davis) experience leading a program and am excited to learn from her!"

Garcia has served as a coach at the club level, working with Spike and Serve Volleyball in his hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii.
