2010: Sopchak saw time in 34 matches and 95 games...Totaled 95 kills, 30 assists and 44 digs on the season...Was third best on the team in total blocks with 44.

2009:  Played in 28 matches and 67 games for the Hawks…Registered 64 kills, 12 assists and 19 digs on the year…Had five solo and 38 block assists for a total of 43 blocks.

2008: Saw action in 51 games…Tallied 41 kills, 22 block assists and 11 digs on the season.

High School:  Played three years of varsity volleyball and softball, earning a letter each year…Received MHAL Third-Team honors in volleyball…MHAL First Team honors in 2006 and Second Team honors in 2008 for softball…Member of the Section 9 Class C Regional champion team for volleyball in 2006 and softball in 2008…Received MHAL All-Academic League honors in 2008.
