NEW LONDON, N.H. – The Roger Williams University slipped past Colby-Sawyer College Friday afternoon, defeating the Chargers by a slim 5-4 margin. The Hawks swept the three doubles while taking two of the six singles matches to get the win.

David Lange (Great Neck, N.Y.) and Dan Kleitz (Wethersfield, Conn.) took their #1 doubles match 8-6 over Gustav Nrberg and Adam Whitman, while Jason Pacino (North Reading, Mass.) and Nicholas Hawvermale (Bethlehem, Conn.) defeated Robert Barnes and Ben Dabush 8-4 at #2. Kyle Baker (Bolton, Conn.) and Nate Rohman (Topsham, Maine) completed the doubles sweep at #3 with an 8-5 win over Bryan Racz Jamie Thormann.

At singles play, Kleitz had one of the Hawks wins, taking a 6-1, 6-4 match against Dabush at #2, with Baker winning 6-3, 6-3 over Robert Barnes for the fifth win of the match for RWU.

Roger Williams (6-6, 3-0 TCCC) will host Wentworth Institute of Technology Saturday afternoon with a start time of 1:00 p.m.
