The fourth game started with the Hawks looking inspired but Endicott's momentum allowed them to weather the storm and the teams continued to battle. Roger Williams managed to pull back in and tie the game at 13-13. After an Endicott timeout, the Hawks scored three straight points to force another Gull timeout. From there, the Hawks were able to maintain their momentum and force a fifth and deciding game with the 25-18 win.
