Box Score NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The Roger Williams University Men's Tennis team shut out the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth by a 9-0 score Tuesday afternoon.
 
Brendan White (Old Lyme, Conn.) and Jared Deibe (Oakland, N.J.) posted an 8-3 win over Patrick Pacheco and Eli Brooks at #1 while Nick Spoor (Ballston Spa, N.Y.) and Miles Conlin (Branford, Conn.) set down Mark Desmond and Zach Pavao 8-1 at #3. Jake Cole (Sterling, Va.) And Thomas O'Leary managed to pull away from Tristin Viale and Anthony Joseph 8-6 at #2.
 
At singles, the Hawks eased their way to the win, as flights #2 through #5 only dropped nine games between them. Sam Kluger (Nashua, N.H.) put down Mark Desmond 6-0, 6-1 at #6. O'Leary was victorious over Viale at #3, notching a 6-0, 6-1 win.
 
At #2, #4, and #5, Cole, Matty Feldman (Duxbury, Mass.), and Jared Gansert (Scituate, R.I.) respectively earned 6-1, 6-1 decisions over Brooks, Joseph, and Pavao. White was able to hold off Pacheco 6-2, 7-6 (2) at #1.
 
Roger Williams (3-2) will take on Eastern Nazarene tomorrow at home at 4:00pm.
