BIDDEFORD, Maine — With the release of the Fall 2020 Academic All-Commonwealth Coast Conference Team, 63 Roger Williams University student-athletes received Academic All-CCC recognition.
In total, five hundred (500) Commonwealth Coast Conference student-athletes were named to the league's Fall Academic All-Conference Team. The fall list includes participants from each of the CCC's member institutions who compete in men's and women's cross country, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball. This year's 500 honoree-total is the most on a CCC Fall Academic All-Conference list since the league split the Academic All-Conference award into fall and spring semesters in 2012-13.
In order to be recognized as a member of the Academic All-Conference Team an athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.3 (on a 4.0 scale) and must also have attained sophomore academic status.
