BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Sailing team rallied to a strong showing in four regattas this past weekend, highlighted by a qualification to the Coed Atlantic Coast Championship Final Round.
 
Hawk Highlights
At the Coed Atlantic Coast Championship Round 1A, Roger Williams logged a fourth-place finish, good for a berth to the Coed ACC Final Round in two weeks. RWU was paced by a runner-up finish at A Division and a fourth-place showing at B Division.
 
The Hawks also had a great weekend at the Hewitt Trophy, where the team took second place. Over the course of the weekend, RWU claimed second at A Division and third at B Division. The George Warren Smith Trophy saw RWU post a fifth-place result, where A Division finished fifth and B Division took sixth. Rounding out the Hawks' performance was an eight-place result at the three-division Stu Nelson Trophy. RWU had top-ten results at all three divisions including a third place showing at A Division.
