BRISTOL, R.I. — With the release of the first regular season Sailing World College Sailing Rankings, the Roger Williams University Sailing team is ranked sixth in the nation in the Coed Division, moving up four spots from their #10 preseason ranking.
 
Roger Williams has been coming on as of late, with three top-five finishes in last weekend's regattas, including a runner-up showing at the Hewitt Trophy. In addition, the Hawks qualified for the Atlantic Coast Championship finals next weekend thanks to a fourth-place result at the Coed Atlantic Coast Championship Round 1A regatta.
 
The Hawks will be taking part in a pair of conference championships this weekend, at the Women's Atlantic Coast Championship and the New England Match Racing Championship.
