BIDDEFORD, Maine — With the release of the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference team, the Roger Williams University Men's Golf team sophomore
Ben Brodeur (Whitinsville, Mass.) was selected to the All-CCC First Team while
Ben DeFelice (Warwick, R.I.) was named to the All-CCC Second Team.
Brodeur played in two of the Hawks' three tournaments this season. At the Western New England Invitational, he earned Medalist honors after shooting a one-under score of 71, a career best. Then on the first day of the CCC Championship, he shot a 78 followed by a round of 82 on day two, finishing the championship tied for 12
th. His 77 stroke average was best on the team.
DeFelice played in all three tournaments this year for the Hawks. He tied for fourth at the Roger Williams Invitational posting a round of 82. He collected another fourth-place finish at the Western New England Invitational, finishing five over at 77. At the CCC Championship, he logged a first-round score of 74 and a day-two round of 83 to finish in a tie for sixth place. His stroke average of 79 was second-best on the team.
