NEW LONDON, Conn. — The Roger Williams University men's basketball team fell to Connecticut College on Saturday afternoon, 68-62.
 
The Hawks pulled ahead early in the competition, with two 3-point jump shots being made in the first few minutes of the game; first by Max Manjos (Monroe, Conn.), assisted by Nate Lopes (Scituate, Mass.), then by Mac Annus (Belmont, Mass.), assisted by Manjos. Annus went on to score a total of 14 points in the game. The first half ended with the Hawks down by one to the Camels, 30-29.
 
Annus was quick to score in the second half of the game. He was soon followed by Nate Mullen (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) and Manjos, each scoring 3-point shots. Manjos ended the game having three assists and nine total points. The Hawks' final basket was made by John Ah Kao (Dumont, N.J.), who had one assist and scored seven total points.
 
The Roger Williams men's basketball team (1-1, 0-0 CCC) will host Wheaton on Tuesday, Nov. 22^nd at 5 p.m. before facing Clark on Sunday, Nov. 27^th.
