ORLANDO, Fla. — The Roger Williams Men's Tennis team concluded its spring break trip in Florida by downing the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse 7-2 Thursday afternoon.
 
Hawk Highlights
The Hawks took two of the doubles matches on the day. Dan Tocco (East Quogue, N.Y.) and Jon Trevethan (Berlin, Conn.) held off Grant Counts and Alex Moore 8-6 at #1 doubles, while Tyler Cain (Montpelier, Vt.) and Matt Glassman (West Hartford, Conn.) picked up an 8-3 win against JT Dillon and Maverick Kulmaczewsk at #3 doubles.
 
At singles, RWU rolled off victories at five of the six flights. Trevethan and Tocco won at the top two flights while Ryan Schuck (Glastonbury, Conn.) fought off Alex Unger 6-1, 3-6, 10-7 at #4. Arlex Correa (Lynnfield, Mass.) set down Dillon 6-3, 6-0 at #5 while Johnny Baldyga (Simsbury, Conn.) wrapped things up with a 6-4, 6-1 win against Kulmaczewski.
