Box Score BRIDGEWATER, Mass.—The Roger Williams was victorious against Bridgewater State on Friday afternoon, finishing 8-1.

In doubles play, Jon Trevethan (Berlin, Conn.) and Konnor Collins (Broken Arrow, Okla.) swept 8-0 in first doubles. Ryan Schuck () and Steven Mathew (Bayport, N.Y.) dropped the No. 2 doubles match against the Bears, finishing 8-6. The duo of Jackson Slattery (Watertown, Conn.) and Sam Gibson (East Hampton, Conn.) picked up a win in the No. 3 spot.

First to finish in singles play was Johnny Baldyga (Simsbury, Conn.), taking the win at No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-0. Ryan Schuck (Glastonbury, Conn.) was next to take down his opponent, 6-0,6-4. Trevethan, Ben Trovato (Bridgewater, Mass.) and Alex Smith (Bedford, N.H.) each won their matches in turn. The final Hawk to finish his match was Collins at the No. 2 spot. He won 7-5 in the first set and 7-6 in the second set with a tie-break.

Roger Williams (12-2, 6-1 CCC) will play in their final match of the regular season on Wednesday, April 19 at 3 pm against Endicott.
