BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Men's Tennis team defeated Curry 7-0 in Conference of New England (CNE) play to finish the regular season.

RWU swept the doubles point to start the match.  Bronson DeSisto (Las Vegas, Nev.) and Ryan Carroll (Holden, Mass.) defeated Eric Flynn and Jake Perrotte 6-0 in No. 1 Doubles spot, before Camden Poitras (Londonderry, N.H.) and Will Hurlbut (Marion, Mass.) took the No. 2 Doubles match 6-0. Tucker Taylor (Gonzales, Texas) and Steven Mathew (Bayport, N.Y.) completed the doubles sweep, defeating Maitreya Abend and Jacob Adler 6-1.

Moving into singles play, Hurlbut defeated Leo Katz 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 Singles. Om Seth (Lincoln, R.I.) added another point for the Hawks, defeating Adler 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 Singles.

Carroll defeated Flynn 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 Singles, before Iker Rodriguez Alcocer (Nuacalpan de Juarez, Mexico) defeated Abend at No. 3 Singles, 6-0, 6-0.

In the No. 4 Singles spot, Poitras defeated Perrotte 6-0, 6-0, and at No. 1 Singles, DeSisto defeated Carson Bakunas 6-0, 6-0.

Roger Williams ends the regular season going 16-5 overall and 10-1 in CNE play and now shifts their focus to the postseason.
