BRISTOL, R.I. – Roger Williams University Head Men's Tennis Coach Barry Gorman was named Coach of the Year for the fourth time to headline the Hawks' selections in the 2026 Conference of New England (CNE) Men's Tennis postseason awards.
Roger Williams posted a 16-5 overall record and a 10-1 mark in conference play during the regular season, including a perfect 9-0 record at home, as Gorman guided the Hawks to the No. 1 seed in the CNE Tournament.
Ryan Carroll and Bronson DeSisto each earned First Team All-Conference honors in singles and teamed up to collect First Team recognition in doubles. Carroll finished the regular season 16-2 overall, while DeSisto added 12 singles wins. The pair combined for a 14-5 record in doubles play.
Camden Poitras was named to the Third Team in singles with a 13-5 record and, alongside Will Hurlbut, earned Third Team All-Conference honors in doubles.
Jackson Slattery represented the Hawks on the CNE Community Service Team.
Endicott's Conrad Kadel was named Player of the Year and Scholar-Athlete of the Year, while Drew Benporath earned Rookie of the Year honors.
Roger Williams (17-5, 10-1 CNE) will look to secure their first CNE Tournament title since the 2020-21 season, when they host No. 2 Nichols on Saturday, May 2 at 12:00 pm.
