Visiting Team Information
Welcome to the campus of Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI!
If your team will be traveling without a certified Athletic Trainer, please notify us 24 hours prior to your event.
The athletic training room is located on the lower level of the campus recreation center by the fitness center. Student-athletes who require athletic training services are welcome to visit the athletic training room as early as two hours prior to game time and 30 minutes after the game.
Teams traveling with an Athletic Trainer may utilize our auxiliary AT room for pre- and post-game preparation. The Auxiliary AT Room is located on the upper level of the recreation center outside of the visitor locker rooms. Please contact the event manager or AT staff upon arrival to gain access.
In the event of back-to-back contests, the athletic training room facility may only be available prior to the start of the first game. Certified Athletic Trainers will be available during all home contests. Please let us know if your team has any special requests. Moist Heat Packs and Ice Bags will be available to visiting teams.
Ultrasound or Electrical Stimulation will only be available under special situations when the treatment has been pre-arranged by the visiting team's staff athletic trainer. Visiting athletic teams will also be expected to provide their own supplies for taping and first aid.

· Modalities including moist heat packs, ice, e-stim, and ultrasound, with written documentation from team AT

Teams not traveling with an AT or utilizing the recreation center locker rooms may contact AT staff for any pre- or post-game needs.
