Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Clermont, FL.- Juliet Hulme (Duxbury, MA) didn't allow a single run as the Hawks defeated Lasell college 8-0 on Thursday for it's first win of the day. Hulme allowed just four hits and induced a fly out from Nicole Acrese to end the game.

An early lead helped propel the Hawks to victory. The Hawks took the lead on a stolen base in the first inning.

The Hawks scored three runs in the sixth inning. The big inning was thanks to a home run by Mikaela Grosso (West Warwick, R.I.)
A single by Victoria Spellman in the first inning was a positive for Lasell college.
 
Juliet Hulme earned the win for the Hawks. She went six innings, giving up zero runs, four hits, striking out four, and walking one. Krystel Enko took the loss for Lasell college. She pitched three innings, allowing two runs, three hits, and striking out one.
 
Grosso and Alyssa Murray (Green Brook, N.J.) each drove in two runs to lead the Hawks.The Hawks was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Merri Moise (North Reading, MA)  had the most chances in the field with six.
 
Erin Smith went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Lasell college in hits. Lasell college didn't commit a single error in the field. Carlyn Mason had the most chances in the field with four.
 
In their second game of the day, the Hawks fell to Stockton 4-7. The Hawks fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 7-4 loss to Stockton University on Thursday. Stockton University scored on a double by Danielle Lugo in the first inning.
Stockton University captured the lead in the first inning. Danielle Lugo drove in one when she doubled in the first inning.
 
The Hawks collected nine hits. Merri Moise (North Reading, MA) and Alyssa Murray (Green Brook, N.J.) each collected multiple hits for the Hawks. Haley Ledbetter (Westerly,R.I.) went 1-for-4 at the plate as she led the team with two runs batted in.
 
Stockton University had 12 hits in the game. Lugo, Alexandra Cosenzo, and Carli Shaw each collected multiple hits for Stockton University. Stockton University didn't commit a single error in the field. Morgan DiVello had the most chances in the field with seven.

The Hawks are back on the field for their last game of their spring break trip down in Florida, against UW-Whitewater at 8AM.
