CRANSTON, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Men's Golf team earned an 11^th-place finish at the Wildcat Spring Invitational this past weekend.
 
Ryan Burrill (Southington, Conn.) had the top finish for Roger Williams, coming in a tie for 13^th place after shooting +10 or the weekend. Burrill would shoot a 76 on both days of the tournament.
 
Ben DeFelice (Warwick, R.I.) was tied for 40^th after posting a score of +16. Similar to Burrill, DeFelice began the tournament with a round of 76 on day one. The second day of competition saw him shoot an 82.
 
Burke Howell (Beverly, Mass.) was tied for 51^st place with his two-day total of +18. He would come away with an opening round score of 79, followed by shooting an 81 on day two.
 
Justin Hayes (Bedford, N.H.) placed 58^th for Roger Williams on the weekend, finishing at +20 for the Hawks. He put together identical scores of 81 on both days of the tournament.
 
Cullen Zurcher (Glastonbury, Conn.) completed the Hawks' results with a +24 two-day score. Zurcher began the tournament with a round of 84 before closing out the second day with a round of 82.
 
Amherst College took the team title, with the Mammoths' Cole Vissicchio taking medalist honors.
