How It Happened
The Hawks fell into a large deficit early that they just could not climb out. Brown jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the opening chukka. RWU was not able to score until the second, while Jocelyn Noguiera and
Annie Ebersold logged back-to-back goals. However, Brown tallied three scores in the period as the match went into halftime with the Bears up 9-3.
In the third chukka, Brown scored two more goals to RWU's one to maintain the lead. Then in the fourth, the Hawks began the period with three straight scores before Brown ended the match on a 4-0 run.
