Sailing Takes Seventh At ACC Finals

ST. MARY'S CIYT, Md. – The Roger Williams University Sailing team competed in only one regatta this past weekend, finishing in seventh place at the Coed Atlantic Coast Championship Finals.

Hawk Highlights
A relative lack of wind marked both days of racing, as only four races were able to be sailed on Saturday and five on Sunday. After the first day of the regatta, Roger Williams found themselves in a tie for 13th place. The team would rally in day two, rolling off finishes of ninth or better in seven of the ten total races between A and B Division. Roger Williams would jump six spots over the course of the day to finish seventh overall.
