SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Roger Williams University Women's Basketball senior center Karli Opalka (Southbury, Conn.) has been named to the d3hoops.com All-Region 2 Second Team.
 
Opalka patrolled the frontcourt for Roger Williams all season long and was dominant on the boards. She ended the season leading the Commonwealth Coast Conference in rebounding with a 10.5 rebounds per game average and 117 offensive rebounds. In addition, she ranked second in the CCC with 169 defensive rebounds and 286 total rebounds while finishing the year fifth in the conference with a .490 field goal percentage. Her 11.9 points per game average is second-best on the team and 13^th in the CCC.
