BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Women's Basketball team saw Meg Qualey (Woburn, Mass.), Chloe Richardson (Norwell, Mass.) and Chelsea Graiver (North Yarmouth, Maine) named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for the 2025-26 season.
In order to qualify for the team, student-athletes must academically hold at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. They also must be at least a sophomore both academically and athletically, and meet specific transfer GPA rules if applicable. Athletically, nominees must have appeared in at least 90 percent of their team's games or started in at least 66 percent.
Graiver, a transfer Sports Management major, holds a 3.66 GPA, while playing and starting 23 games for the Hawks. Graiver averaged 26.5 minutes per game, tallying 6.0 points per game, with a 35.4 field goal percentage. Graiver pulled down 3.1 rebounds per game, with 1.9 assists per contest and 1.1 steals.
Qualey, an Environmental Science major, holds a 4.0 GPA for her academic career, while starting 25 of 26 appearances. Qualey was on the floor for 26.1 minutes per game, while knocking down shots at a 42.4 percent clip. Qualey pulled down 4.2 boards per game with 3.8 points per game.
Rounding out the group is Richardson, who holds a 3.51 GPA as a Public Relations major. Richardson tallied 8.7 points per game for the Hawks, averaging 27.9 minutes on the floor per contest. The guard dished out 1.3 assists per contest, while shooting 28.8 percent from the field and 27.3 percent from three-point range.
Roger Williams finished their season at 13-13 with a 9-7 record within Conference of New England (CNE) action, while reaching the CNE Tournament.
