BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Women's Volleyball team is the No. 3 seed heading into the Conference of New England (CNE) Tournament and will be set to host No. 5 University of New England (UNE) in the Campus Rec Center Gymnasium on Tuesday evening.
The Hawks come into the tournament with a 16-11 record and a 6-3 record within CNE action. The Nor'easters entered the postseason with a 19-6 record and 5-4 record in CNE action, falling to sixth after entering into a tiebreaker with Suffolk and Western New England.

Dani Davis holds a 143-127 record for her collegiate coaching career, posting a 131-112 (.539) record leading the Hawks. Roger Williams ranks first in the CNE with total blocks with 178 as a team, while
Angela West (Riverview, Fla.) leads the Hawks with 75 total blocks, and
Marianna Hernandez (Norwalk, Conn.) leads the Hawks with 4.80 digs per set, both lead the conference.
Brianna Picchietti (Batavia, Ill.) leads the team in kills with 268 on the season, averaging a team-high 2.91 kills per set, while Wet follows with 222 kills, averaging 2.31.
Ava Mattiucci (North Kingstown, R.I.)
and
Emma Bosco (North Andover, Mass.)
rank first and second respectively on the Hawks with 6.89 assists per set and 2.26 assists per set Mattiucci has totaled 661 assists on the season.
On the defensive end, West ranks first with 87.0 blocks on the season while
Peyton Felix (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) has 57.0, including 10 solo blocks on the year. Hernandez has 4.80 digs per set, while
Kaylee Jackson is responsible for 2.45 digs per set.
Inan Blanchard leads the Nor'easters in his fourth season at the helm, posting an 48-48 record during his time in Biddeford. The Nor'easters lead the conference in aces per set, with Kassidy Bradshaw, Kelsey Bradshaw, and Ellijah Hanley each ranking in the top six in the conference. Kassidy Bradshaw also has recorded a triple-double.
Hanley leads the team with 3.12 kills per set, tallying 278 on the season, with Viktoria Pavlyuk ranking second with 208 kills, 2.48 per set. Kassidy Bradshaw had 508 assists, with 8.19 assists per set, while Hayley Hult recorded 240 assists and 6.15 assists per set.
In the defensive end, Kelsey Bradshaw leads the teams in digs per set, with 3.59 while Kailyn Reilly leads in blocks with 0.82 per set.
The winner of the match will advance to the CNE Tournament Semifinals on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 7:00 pm at Wentworth.
