NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) awarded Roger Williams University's Sophia Coppola (Madison, Conn.) with NEWBA Weekly Second Team honors for the second time this season, as announced by the league.

Coppola averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists on the week. Coppola scored 17 points against Curry on Nov. 19, finishing 7-of-11 from the floor with 9 rebounds, three assists, three steals and a block.

On Nov. 21, hosting the Jumbos, the Hawks saw Coppola lead the team with 15 points, 11 rebounds for a double-double, while having five assists, two steals, and three blocks.
