BEVERLY, Mass. – The Conference of New England (CNE) announced its weekly awards for the week ending on Sunday, Apr. 26, naming Roger Williams University's Caleb McKeown (Plymouth, Mass.) as the league's Rookie of the Week in the sport of men's lacrosse.
 
McKeown, in the lone game counted for the awards on Wednesday against Johnson & Wales, scored four goals while dishing out one assist for five points, putting four shots on frame. The Hawks' leading scorer also had a ground ball.
 
Roger Williams (9-9, 6-3 CNE) will travel to face No. 1 Endicott on Wednesday, Apr. 29, at 7:00 pm for the CNE Tournament Semifinals. The winner will advance to the CNE Championship on Saturday, May 2.
