BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University picked up its third straight win with a 7-2 victory over Eastern Nazarene College Saturday afternoon.

Ryan Swanson (West Newbury, Mass.) and Taylor Webster (Bristol, Conn.) posted an 8-3 win over Sam McKay-Corkum (Rehoboth, Mass.) and Tyler Perron (Plympton, Mass.) at #1, while Zack Bussiere (Colchester, Conn.) and Laboissonniere (Cumberland, R.I.) defeated Andres Biondi (Barquismeto, Venezuela)and Kevin Paterno (Buenos Aires, Argentina) 8-4 at #2. Davis Steelman (Darlington, Md.) and Nick Thompson (York, Pa.) gave the Lions their first point, winning 9-7 against Kyle Bull (Pleasantville, N.Y.) and Jonah Schwartz (Orange, Conn.) at #3.

RWU was able to claim five of the six matches at singles play, including a 6-0, 6-3 win by Laboissionniere at #2 and a 6-1, 6-2 win at #6 by Schwartz. Steelman picked up the lone victory for Eastern Nazarene at singles, defeating Bull 6-4, 6-3 at #5.
Roger Williams (8-3, 4-1 CCC) heads to Connecticut College tomorrow, while Eastern Nazarene (6-8, 3-3 CCC) goes to Stonehill on Monday.
