Box Score BRISTOL, R.I. - The Roger Williams University Men's Tennis team extended its winning streak to five matches with an 8-1 win over Eastern Nazarene College Saturday afternoon.
 
The won all six matches at singles and two at doubles. Alex Partyka (Moscow, Russia) and Vladislav Tolmachev (Perm, Russia) claimed the sole win on the day for the Lions, defeating Eric Laboissonniere (Cumberland, R.I.) and Jonah Schwartz (Orange, Conn.) 8-6 at #1.
 
Laboissonniere and Schwartz would later earn wins at singles, with Laboissonniere avenging his earlier loss against Partyka with a 3-6, 6-4, 10-7 win at #1. Schwartz won his #4 match 6-2, 6-0 over Andrews Biondi.
 
Nick Spoor (Ballston Spa, N.Y.) and Andrew Amarone (North Haven, Conn.) each won 6-0, 6-0 at #5 and #6 singles respectively over Shaw Campbell (Reading, Calif.) and Yahalel Carter (Chicago, Ill). The two also paired at #3 doubles for an 8-6 win over Biondi and Carter.
 
Fred Clifford (Duxbury, Mass.) and Grant Rosenberg (Melville, N.Y.) also notched an 8-2 #2 doubles win over Campbell and Kevin Paterno (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Separately at singles, Clifford defeated Tolmachev 6-3, 6-2 at #2 while Rosenberg won 6-1, 7-6 (7-5) at #3 against Paterno.
 
On Tuesday, Roger Williams (8-2, 3-0 CCC) hosts Wentworth while Eastern Nazarene (7-6, 1-2 CCC) welcomes Western New England.
