BREWSTER, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Women's Golf team wrapped up its fall season with a 10th-place finish at the 2025 New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championships this weekend at The Captains Golf Course in Brewster, Massachusetts.
The Hawks posted rounds of 477 (+189) and 474 (+185) for a two-day total of 951 (+374). Bates claimed the team title at 631 (+55), followed by Hartford in second at 712 (+136) and Nichols in third at 782 (+154).
McKenna Marcoux (Bethel, Conn.) led Roger Williams across both days, shooting rounds of 101 (+29) and 111 (+39) for a two-day total of 212 (+68). Lindsey Kotsopoulos (Shrewsbury, Mass.) followed closely with a 107 (+35) on Saturday and another 107 (+35) on Sunday, finishing at 214 (+70).
Grace Tarro (Barrington, R.I.) carded a 120 (+48) in the opening round before improving slightly to 123 (+51) on Day Two for a 243 (+99) total. Emily Soter (Spencer, Mass.) rounded out the lineup with scores of 149 (+77) and 132 (+60), finishing at 281 (+137).
The event marked the conclusion of the Hawks' fall schedule, as the team looks to build on its experience heading into the spring portion of the 2025–26 campaign.
