SOUTH KENT, Conn. – The Roger Williams University Women's Golf team placed sixth in the Battle at Bull's Bridge, hosted by Hartford at Bull's Bridge Golf Club.
Laval took the top spot finishing +30 for the round, while Adelphi and Trinity (CT) rounded out the top three.
McKenna Marcoux (Bethel, Conn.) finished as the top scorer for the Hawks finishing with a 108 (+38), carding a Birdie on the 18th hole of the round. Lindsey Kotsopoulos (Shrewsbury, Mass.) finished with a 118 (+49), with Grace Tarro (Barrington, R.I.) carding a 130 (58). Emily Soter (Spencer, Mass.) rounded out the scorers for the Hawks with a 141 (+72).
Roger Williams will return to competition on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the CNE Championship hosted by Hartford at Keney Park Golf Course.
