BOSTON, Mass. – Nathan Tassey (Whitman, Mass.) ran the 5K on Saturday evening at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danvile Season Opener hosted by the Terriers.
 
Tassey finished 99^th overall in the field of runners from Division I through Division III in a field of 199 competitors. Tassey's time was the third-best time through the weekend in Division III. Finishing 0.31 behind Wartburg's Isaiah Hammerlund. Johns Hopkins' Emmanuel Leblond finished his 5K at the Colyear-Danville in 13:58.28.
 
Roger Williams will next compete at the Massasoit Classic, hosted by Springfield on Saturday, Jan. 24.
