PORTSMOUTH, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Men's Golf team finished the RWU Hawk Invitational on Monday, placing third overall in the two-day event.
 
Roger Williams shot 315 (+31) on day two as a team finishing 626 (+58) for the tournament. Endicott went home victorious shooting a two-day total of 593 (+25), 300 (+16) on day two, as they held off Salem State, that shot 314 (+30) on the day to finish 612 (+44) for the tournament in second. Endicott's Will Pierce took the top spot for the tournament finishing with a 140 (E), while also shooting a 74 (+3) for the day.
 
After finishing with a 74 (+3) on day one, 
Ryan Dacey closed out the tournament, finishing with a 153 (+11) after shooting a 79 (+8). 
Sammy Johnson placed 10
th overall in the field as he shot a 155 (+13), scoring a 78 (+7) on his card for the day.
 
Will Lafrance tallied an 82 (+11) on day two, after scoring a 76 (+5) on day one to finish with a 158 (+16), tied for 16
th overall. 
Josh Peterson finished 21
st overall, with a 161 (+19), and 
Dante Hardt closed out the scoring for the team with a 166 (+24) after shooting an 81 (+10) on day two.
 
Chris Locke finished his round as an individual shooting a 78 (+7) on day two, closing out his tournament with a 160 (+18) in 20
th. 
Brandon Calderon, 
Joel Collins, and 
Brady Sullivan each tallied a 163 over two rounds, tied for 28th. With 
Will Reece scoring a two day total of 167 (+25).
