WINDSOR, Conn. – The Roger Williams University Women's Golf team made their tournament debut on Saturday at the Hartford Hawks Women's Invitational. The Tournament was suspended after most teams had completed one round.

The Hawks did not complete their round, but McKenna Marcoux (Bethel, Conn.) paced the Hawks shooting a 46 on the front nine, before concluding the day with a 57 (+14) on the front. Grace Tarro (Barrington, R.I.), Emily Soter (Spencer, Mass.), and Mazie Collins (Lake George, N.Y.) also were in the lineup for the inaugural tournament for RWU.

Roger Williams will next compete at the Battle at Bull's Bridge on Tuesday, Oct. 7 hosted by Hartford at Bull's Bridge Golf Course.
