BEVERLY, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Ice Hockey team saw Jacob Jaslow (Tomkins Cove, N.Y.) named the Conference of New England (CNE) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Jaslow finished the week with 99 saves between two games in their home-and-home series against No. 7 Endicott. On Friday night, he stopped a season-high 59 shots in their shootout win against the Gulls.
On the season, Jaslow owns a 6-8-1 record with a 3.38 goals against average and a .914 save percentage.
Roger Williams (6-12-1, 4-9-1 CNE) will be back in action on Friday, Feb. 6 when they host University of New England (UNE) at 5:00 pm before traveling to UNE the following day Saturday, Feb. 7 to face off against the Nor'Easters at 4:00 pm.
