QUINCY, Mass. - The Roger Williams University Women's Tennis team (6-4/6-2 TCCC) won by the score of 9-0, over the Eastern Nazarene College Lions (3-7/2-6 TCCC) in a The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) match-up on the courts of ENC in Quincy, MA. Wednesday afternoon.

Leah Ribchinsky (Ivoryton, Conn.) got things started for the RWU Hawks at #1 singles winning 6-0, 6-0 and then teamed up with Caitlin Osepchuk (Ocean Grove, N.J.) to win 8-0 at #1 doubles against the Lions' Allison Cammarata (Marion, Mass.) and Elise Sleeper (Sanford, Maine).

Roger Williams posted 8-0 wins in the other two doubles matches and swept two other singles matches, #3 and #4 singles, 6-0, 6-0. Katelin Richard (West Islip, N.Y.) and Kristin Dono (West Boylston, Mass.) earned the #2 doubles win, while Olivia Hilton (Vernon, Conn.) and Paige Cunningham (Wethersfield, Conn.) got the win in the third flight.

Today was the last home match for the Eastern Nazarene Lions however they will be traveling to Milton, MA on Saturday, October 3rd where they will face TCCC opponent Curry College at 12:00pm, while Roger Williams will be at home where they will face Gordon College on Saturday, October 3rd, 2009.
