Men's Swimming & Diving Receives Regional Ranking for the First Time in Program History

BRISTOL, R.I.—The Roger Williams Men's Swimming & Diving team records their first regional ranking in program history! In the Northeast North region, RWU ranks number nine given by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

The Men's team has had a very successful season thus far with a record of 4-0 not including a first and sixth place finish in two invites.

Coach Emmert states, "This is great honor for our men to be recognized in arguably one of the deepest regions in the country, with 7 of the 10 teams ranked in the national top 25.

This is not only a great recognition for our men's team success, but also a reflection of the culture we are building here in Bristol.  Our Men and Women have put in some serious work the first half of the season, both in the water and out, establishing a familial environment where we have getting the job done. At Roger Williams University, our business is success, and it is a family business.

We are confident this ranking will motivate us all to grind even harder at our winter training camp in West Palm Beach and make another run at a team NEISDA Championship."

The Hawks open up to Wesleyan after winter intercession on January 19th at 1 p.m.
