Coach Matt Emmert stated, "This was another step in the right direction for our program, as our family took care of business protecting our house. We showed some great resilience in races following our pre-meet lift. These next few weeks, we'll shift gears with our training in hopes of cleaning up our races from a technical and strategical standpoint. We are excited to get back on the grind on Monday, as this is a BIG week for us, as we have conference rival Keene State, which is always a battle and one that our alumni base takes a lot of pride in."
