Men's Swimming & Diving Takes Loss to Babson

BABSON PARK, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Swimming & Diving team lost to Babson College 117-154 on Saturday against Babson College.

Hawk Highlights
Hunter Wronski (Shelton, Conn.) won two events throughout the meet.

Coach Matt Emmert stated, "I was very proud with the way we swam and stepped up against a very strong Babson team. Although we didn't win, we posted some great dual meet times for this point in the season. With lifting before and hitting it hard with our training this week, we know the team was beat up, but showed their resilience each and every race. Wronski was able to pick up two individual wins, which kept us in the mix of the meet, but we weren't able to overcome their top swimmers. Despite the loss, both teams are stronger at the end of the weekend and we're poised for the home stretch towards NEISDA! Watch out, Hawks Train is coming down the tracks!"
