Coach
Matt Emmert stated, "With this being our final tune up before championship season, we were looking for both teams to get acclimated to the mental and physical grind of a prelim/finals championship format. Our women showed a ton of confidence in finals tonight and are catching fire at just the right time of the season! We are excited to get back to work on Monday and start our Fine Tuning phase of training! It was a great day to be a Hawk!"
