BEVERLY, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Women's Soccer team saw Coco Marrelli (Fairfield, Conn.) earn her second-straight CNE Defensive Player of the Week honor for the week ending on Oct. 12.

Marrelli moved her record to 9-1-3 on the season, with 11 saves while seeing 17 total shots on the week. Against Worcester State, Marelli made six saves while allowing one goal with seven shots landing on target out of 10 total attempts. On Saturday afternoon against Suffolk, the Hawks then saw Marrelli make five saves, keeping the clean sheet.

Roger Williams (9-1-3, 4-0-1 CNE) will travel to face Curry on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 7:00 pm while hosting Hartford on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 12:00 pm on Homecoming and Family Weekend.
