Swimming: Hawks Announce Meet Schedule for 2025-26 Season, Open Oct. 11 at Providence

BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Men's and Women's Swimming team is set to jump into the pool for the 2025-26 season, beginning on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Friar Invitational hosted by Providence College.

The Hawks are set to swim in 10 meets during the regular season, with three home dates on the schedule. After opening up at Providence, the Hawks will host Babson with a dual on Saturday, Oct. 18 in the RWU Aquatics Center. The following weekend will see Roger Williams host Bridgewater State, Norwich, Maine Maritime, and Eastern Connecticut State (ECSU) for the RWU Invitational.

The Hawks will then travel down to Bridgeport, Conn. For a Saturday, Nov. 8 duals against the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) and Bridgeport. In Friday, Nov. 21 and Saturday, Nov. 22 the Hawks will go to the Wheaton Fall Invitational where they will swim against ECSU, Wheaton, and Babson, rounding out the fall semester.

Opening back up in January, the Hawks will face WPI on Friday, Jan. 23 at 4:00 pm in the first day of the Tech Sprints in the RWU Aquatics Center for Senior Day. The Hawks will then head to Worcester the following day for the second day of the Tech Sprints.

Roger Williams will then face off against Coast Guard and Montclair State in duals on Saturday, Jan. 31, at 12:00 pm in their final prep for the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship, beginning on Thursday, Feb. 12 and running until Sunday, Feb. 15 in Hampton, Va.

The Hawks will look to send members of the squad to the NCAA National Championships beginning Tuesday, Mar. 17 in Indianapolis, Ind.
