Box Score BRISTOL, R.I. — The Roger Williams Women's Lacrosse Team won their third game in a row this season, dominating Rhode Island College Saturday afternoon with a final score of 21-1.
Kaelin Hogan (Bethel, Conn.) started the game with a goal at 27:52 in the first half, taking a pass from Devon Sarazin (Falmouth, Maine) to put the Hawks up 1-0.
Emily Stoeppel (Brookfield, Conn.) kept the Hawks going strong with a pass to Shayne Rivard (Easton, Conn.) at 27:39. The Anchormen remained scoreless with an unassisted goal from Ashley Warren (Wilmington, Mass.) to put the Hawks up 3-0.

Carly Martin (Scituate, Mass.) scored with a pass from Sarazin at 22:39 in the first half. This was followed by another goal by the duo, this time with Sarazin taking a pass from Martin to put the Hawks up 5-0. Sarazin kept the Hawks going as she passed the ball to Stoeppel to score a goal at 18:49. With another goal from Rivard, RWU forced RIC into a time-out at 18:08.
The Anchorwomen finally found the back of the net at 13:13 with an unassisted goal from Madison McKenna (Cumberland, R.I.). At 11:02, Stoeppel got her second goal of the game assisted by Warren to put the score at 8-1. With an assist from Autumn Arvig (Baltimore, Md.) the Hawks gained their ninth goal from Hogan. Hogan then scored at 9:33 to bring the Hawks' lead to 10-1.
RWU gained a ten-goal lead at 7:33 with a goal from Martin assisted by Arvig. The Hawks kept soaring with unassisted goals from both Hogan and Delana Erickson (Concord, N.H.) to bring the score to 13-1 with 1:38 left in the first half. Olivia Pelzar (Redding, Conn.) later scored her first goal of the season to end the first half 14-1.
Both teams remained scoreless for the first 6:55 of the second half until Hogan scored taking a pass from Warren for the Hawks. Martin scored at 18:32 taking an assist from Stoeppel to bring RWU's lead to 16-1. Hogan then scored two unassisted goals in a row putting the score at 18-1. With 10:09 left, Stoeppel scored with an assist from Sarazin. Rivard then scored an unassisted goal putting the Hawks lead to 20-1.
Neither team was able to tally another score until Lauren Flahive (Foxborough, Mass.) scored her first goal of the season in the closing seconds, ending the game at 21-1.
Lydia Nelson (Center Moriches, N.Y.) played the first half to earn the win. Hogan led the Hawks with seven goals. Stoeppel had three goals and three assists. Martin had three goals and one assist. Sarazin had four points on one goal and four assists.
Julia Eaton (Cumberland, R.I.) had 15 saves in the loss. McKenna scored the only goal for the Anchormen.
Roger Williams (3-0) will host Emmanuel College this Tuesday. Rhode Island College (0-1) will travel to Dean College on Thursday.
