BRISTOL, R.I. — Junior midfielder Miranda Hayes (South Burlington, Vt.) of the Roger Williams University Women's Lacrosse team earned national recognition from the USA Lacrosse, being named a 2026 Division III Women's Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American, as announced by the organization on Wednesday.

Hayes becomes the first player in program history to earn USA Lacrosse All-America recognition for the Roger Williams Women's Lacrosse program, marking a milestone achievement for the Hawks.

A centerpiece of the Hawks' midfield throughout the 2026 season, Hayes started all 19 contests and finished with 37 goals and 20 assists for 57 points while adding 164 draw controls, 49 ground balls, and 24 caused turnovers. She also dominated the draw circle throughout the season, recording double-digit draw controls in nine games, including a season-best 17 in a victory over Wentworth on April 11.

Against Gordon College on March 25, Hayes dished out a season-high four assists while adding 14 draw controls and four caused turnovers in a commanding conference victory.
