BRISTOL, R.I. – The Roger Williams University Men's Cross Country team saw Nathan Tassey (Whitman, Mass.) and Nathan Evans (Lincoln, R.I.) both selected for the NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country National Championship field.
For Tassey he finished in the top spot at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, taking the title for the second straight season. The selection marks Tassey's third straight appearance, earning All-American honors the prior two.
Evans earned his first Championship appearance after placing 31st overall with a 25:46.4 time. Evans earned All-Region honors for the second consecutive season.
The duo will travel to Spartanburg, S.C., on Saturday, Nov. 22, for the NCAA Division III National Championship.
