UNITED SOCCER COACHES REGIONAL RANKINGS
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Roger Williams University Women's Soccer team broke into the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Regional Rankings, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
The Hawks are through the first five games of the season with a 3-0-2 record while earning a win over Endicott to move to 1-0-0 within the CNE. The Hawks finished the week after earning a win over UMass Dartmouth on Wednesday, Sept. 10, and a tie against Emerson on Saturday, Sept. 13, 1-1.
Brandeis sits atop the region, posting a 4-0-1 record, while MIT and Babson follow at second and third with a 5-0-0 record and an 1-0-2 after a win over #17 Rowan on Sept. 13. WPI sits at fourth, followed by Hartford at fifth. Worcester State and Suffolk sit sixth and seventh ahead of RWU at eight.
Roger Williams (3-0-2, 1-0-0 CNE) will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 4:00 pm when they face Wheaton in Norton. The Hawks will then take on Johnson & Wales on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 4:00 pm.
