Roger Williams University Athletics

Hector Massa was the first Athletic Director in Roger Williams University history. He held his post for 15 years, making him the longest-tenured Athletic Director in the history of RWU Athletics. Under his guidance, he helped lead the RWU Athletics Department through its years as a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and spearheaded the department’s transition to the NCAA.
